Subject: Reminder: Dominican Republic Trip Meeting on October 22
Dear Families,
I wanted to send a quick reminder about our upcoming informational meeting for the 2028 Dominican Republic agriculture-focused trip. This open to students currently in grades 8-12, parents, alumni, and other FFA/Ag programs in our section.
Students will have the opportunity to explore agriculture, environmental science, and global markets through hands-on experiences in the Dominican Republic. From visiting coffee, banana, cacao, and pineapple farms to participating in composting, reforestation, and field workshops, this trip will help students connect classroom learning to real-world agricultural systems.
We will be holding the meeting on October 22 at the high school. During the meeting, families will learn about the itinerary, travel dates, pricing, scholarships, and how to enroll.
You must RSVP to attend the meeting here: https://bit.ly/4xXzKt0
