The Whiteside County Health Department is interested in administering 1st dose COVID vaccinations (Pfizer) for any students and staff ages 12 and above. They will be on campus Friday, May 21st to administer this vaccination. A registration link and confirmation of time will be sent out at a later date once we know how many people are interested. The vaccination consent form must be completed to receive the shot. For those that are under the age of 18 years old, you will need a parental consent signature on the form. Contact your building principal via email by the end of school on Friday so that we can let the WCHD know how many vaccinations to prepare for. Thanks.

High school schedules are now available on Skyward. Students received an email with further information and a link to the counselor's appointment calendar. Please remember not all requests can be met & each schedule is reviewed before released, but students should review as well
