Seniors and Senior parents, Wed. Oct. 14 MHS will be giving the SAT. This is a mandatory test required by the State of Illinois. ALL seniors will need to report to the main front doors at 7:50. More information to come!

Freshmen: physicals and immunization forms need to be turned in by October 15th Seniors: 2nd meningococcal vaccine by October 15th.

Just a reminder that the MCUSD 6 Caring Closet is gathering information to distribute grocery boxes to district families that are in need. If you have a student in the district, and are in need of a grocery box, please fill out the Google form at the link below by Sunday, September 27, so that the Caring Closet volunteers can purchase the correct amount of items. The MCUSD 6 Caring Closet is working on creating grocery boxes for students who are in need. All grocery boxes will contain similar food items, both perishable and non-perishable. Once need is determined, items purchased, and boxes created, pick-up dates, times, and location will be communicated. 2019-2020 MHS Yearbooks are in. Make arrangements to pick them up in the high school art room after students have been dismissed at 1:05.

The Cross Country Meet rescheduled for today at Rock Falls has been cancelled due to weather conditions. Currently we have not confirmed another make-up date.

Today's Cross Country meet scheduled at Rock Falls has been postponed until 4:30 Pm tomorrow.

Tonight's Golf meet at Deer Valley has been cancelled due to weather conditions. Once a makeup date has been determined it will be announced.

Good Morning, Just a few friendly reminders as we move into our 3rd week of hybrid learning. (1) Students being sent home for COVID like symptoms (fever, headache, shortness of breath, cough, sore throat, vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal pain) will result in all members of the household being sent home for precautionary purposes. This would also include if you are calling a student off in the morning. These are the guidelines established by the Illinois Department of Public Health. (2) Dismissal will continue to be at 1:05 daily until September 25th. Thank you again for your continued understanding and patience.
