Morrison High School Senior Spotlight - Dylan Anderson
The Morrison Kiwanis Club and Key Club would like to thank those who purchased sandwiches, snacks, and beverages during the first Sandwich Sale of the year on Saturday, May 25. Morrison High School’s volunteers consisted of Gema Ferry, Danielle Fulton, Serenity Guerrero, Leland Kramer, Sophia Milnes, Ally Richards, Jacob Shipley, Shawn Simpson, Abbie Weston, and Leah Young. The next Sandwich Sale will be held on Saturday, June 8 at the intersection of Rt. 30 & Rt. 78/Cherry Street.

Overall as a team Morrison finished in 4th place with 39 points. You all had a great weekend. Thank you for representing our community so well!!
Another state title!! The 4x400 relay team wins the state title with a great race by all. The team consisted of Zach Milder, Camden Pruis, Chase Newman, and Brady Anderson. What an outstanding day for these young men!!!
Levi Milder finishes in 6th place in the 200. That finish goes along with his two other gold medals for the day. Great job Levi. What a day.
The 4x200 m relay team just won the state title with a time of 1:28.08. That time was .15s away from the state record. Those four gentlemen have their second title of the day. Nice job guys! Levi Milder in the 200 and the 4x400 still to come. The team is currently in 5th place with 25 points.
Brady Anderson finishes in 5th place in the 100 m. Nice race Brady. Two more events for you. Run fast and turn left!!
The 4x100 relay team is the 2024 State Champs. Great Job Camden, Zach, Levi, and Brady.
The 4x400m relay team of Camden Pruis, Zach Milder, Chase Newman and Brady Anderson have qualified for Saturday's final with a time of 3:24.62. Our first event on Saturday is scheduled to start at approximately 11:40 am. Great Job today gentlemen keep up the great work and Good Luck on Saturday. I can't wait to see you all run.
Congratulations to Levi Milder on qualifying for Saturday's finals in the 200m. Levi's time was 21.89s which is another PR for the day. Great Job Levi!!
4x200 relay team qualifies for Saturday's finals with a time of 1:28.45 s. Congratulations to Camshae, Zach, Levi, & Brady another new school record.
Chase Newman ran 2.01.75s in the 800 today which is a new Personal Record. He unfortunately did not qualify for Saturday's finals.
Brady Anderson qualifies for Saturday's finals in 100 with a time of 10.72s. Camden Pruis ran an 11.26 but did not advance. Great job to both of you.
The boys 4x100 relay team has qualified for Saturday's finals. They also have set a new school record with a time of 42.34. Nice job Camden, Zach, Levi, and Brady!!!
Rylan Alvarado's best jump of the day was 6-32 M. He finished in 14th today.
Good Luck to the High School Boys track team today at the IHSA State Meet today. Running starts today at noon. Qualifiers include Rylan Alvarado, Levi Milder, Brady Anderson, Zach Milder, Camden Pruis & Chase Newman. Alternates are Josh McDearman, Noah Robbins, Colton Bielema, & Carson Strating. Run Fast and Jump Far!!
Northside would like to thank Mrs. Wolever and her 5th grade students for coming to our building today and reading the books that they wrote and illustrated themselves. The students loved hearing the stories and the staff loved seeing all of our former students!
