Northside Families: This is a reminder that Backpack Night is tonight, Monday, August 17, 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM. Please excuse the mess as we are still finishing up some construction projects. Our front parking spaces are currently unavailable due to sealcoating so you will need to park along High Street or Cherry Street. We look forward to seeing you tonight!
Morrison High School’s Driver Education Program would like to recognize Kunes Auto Group of Morrison for its support for Driver Education. District #6 receives favorable lease terms from Kunes each year on a vehicle for use during Morrison High School’s Driver Education classes, and the 2026-27 school year is no exception. Students will benefit from the use of a 2025 Chevrolet Trax during this year’s Driver Education classes. Many thanks to the team members at Kunes Auto Group for their dedication to the community, including their longtime support for Driver Education in Morrison!
Just over a week until MHS Open House. Students will be able to pick up their iPads, sign up for the IMPACT Program, purchase PE uniforms and more. Check out the flyer for times and more information.

Reminder!! Tonight is Band and Choir Night at MJHS. Those students interested in joining either band or choir can stop in tonight and see what it is all about. We hope to see you there!
Due to the new building construction, back to school night for Southside will be postponed until a later date. Please have students bring supplies to the first day of attendance. There will be an open house for families to come and see the building at a later date and time.
MJHS is very excited to welcome Mrs. Kristen Hoagland to the staff this year. She has been the Bi-County classroom teacher the last 5 years at MJHS, so she is very familiar with our students, staff, and building. Welcome Mrs. Hoagland!!

We are kicking off the school year with a Post Prom fundraiser which is a Mum Sale from Wallace's Garden Center. The funds raised will help raise funds for a fun Post Prom for 2027!
We are asking each junior family to sell a minimum of 10 mums.
Important Dates:
Order Deadline: September 1 - Please bring all forms and money to the high school office by this date.
Pickup: Mid-September (the exact pickup date will be communicated as soon as it is confirmed by Wallace's.)
Please reach out to family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, and local businesses to help support our students and sell some mums!
