There may be some misinformation circulating regarding tomorrow nights Varsity football game. At this time the game will be played as scheduled and there are no intentions of postponement. In the event that the start time needs to be adjusted per IHSA regulations the district will notify everyone as soon as possible.
For parents going to the 7th and 8th grade girls volleyball game today at Riverdale, when you get off the interstate you'll have to take a right on Route 2, then a right on 80th, and then a right on 270th in order to get there.
Due to the extreme heat, today's 5th/6th Girls Volleyball Game against Montmorency will now be played at Morrison High School. The game will start at 4:15 instead of 4:00.

Yesterday MHS Key Club and Student Council along with some help from a few football players and FFA members worked the Custom Pak picnic in Clinton at Eagle Point Park. In total these students and their adult leaders worked 291 hours. This is great fundraiser for these organizations and we are grateful to Custom Pak for this opportunity.

Morrison High School Class of 2021 alumnus Brandon Peppers, owner of Peppers Enterprises, LLC, donated mulch to enhance the appearance of the garden near the electronic sign at Morrison High School. Brandon and Morrison HS junior Keegan Strobbe spread the mulch during a work session the evening of Friday, August 11. Congratulations on a job well done!
The MCUD #6 Board of Education meeting scheduled for Monday August 14th has been moved to Wednesday August 16th. Closed session will begin at 6:00 pm and Open Session at 6:30 pm.
