Many thanks to Morrison HS alumna and current Highland Community College student Natalie Seilhymer for visiting Morrison’s Driver Education classes for a tire change demonstration on Friday, Feb. 27. Natalie also discussed Highland Community College’s program offerings in the Automotive Training Program, which prepares students for rewarding careers as automotive maintenance and repair technicians.

Congratulations to our January MJHS "Students of the Month" They were treated to pizza, pop, and ice cream today for their efforts.

Congratulations to Morrison High School’s Varsity Scholastic Bowl team on its first-place finish in the Masonic Sectional Tournament at Prophetstown HS on Saturday, Feb. 21! Morrison’s team consisted of (l-r) Logan Peavy, Maddie Mertes, Rose Melton, Quinn Blevins, Sam Mills, Alex Weston, Gunner Nelson, and Kaitlyn Frederick. Well done, Mustangs!

State caravan:
There will be a fire truck led caravan at noon tomorrow to celebrate the wrestlers. We will start at French Creek and travel down main and finish at the high school. Come out and celebrate!
Congratulations to the Morrison Mustangs wrestling team for their performance at state this weekend. Cael Wright finished in third place. He lost his first match of the weekend and won five matches in a row during wrestle backs to take third. His last four wins were against opponents that had previously beaten him during the season. Eli and Caleb Modglin both went 2-2 and lost heartbreakers in the blood round. Noah Stout finish the weekend 1-2. Congratulations boys, Mustang nation is proud of you!
